CRM Executive – Jewellery Industry
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur .
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and relationships.
Maintain customer records and CRM database.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for timely customer service.
Handle customer feedback, queries and complaints.
Prepare basic CRM and sales reports.
Requirements:
1–3 years of CRM/customer handling experience, preferably in jewellery.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
