About the Role

We're looking for a delivery leader with deep expertise in Solar PV, Wind, Substations, Transmission & Distribution, and Power Systems Engineering to build and scale a world-class offshore engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities
Own BU delivery, margins, utilization, and operational KPIs.
Lead multidisciplinary offshore engineering teams.
Ensure technical quality across renewable and power system projects.
Drive client delivery, governance, and engineering excellence.
Build technical capability and delivery automation.

We're Looking For
15 years in Energy, Utilities, or Power Systems Engineering.
Leadership experience managing global/offshore engineering teams.
Solid knowledge of Solar PV, Wind, Substations, T&D;, ETAP, PLS-CADD, Bentley Substation, Revit MEP, and Civil 3D.
Experience working with North American utility clients preferred.
