The Role

We're looking for a curious, meticulous intern to help us build high-quality startup and talent intelligence across India, the USA, and Canada.

You'll research companies and understand what they're building, turning scattered information into clean, structured intelligence that tells us who's worth knowing. This isn't just data collection; you'll learn how startups grow and where talent moves.

What you'll do

- Research AI and tech startups across India, the USA, and Canada.
- Build and maintain structured company intelligence in Google Sheets.
- Understand what each company does and summarize it clearly.
- Verify everything against reliable sources before it goes in, and keep the data current.
- Flag the companies most relevant to us, and share the patterns and insights you notice along the way.

What we're looking for

Someone who:

- Loves the hunt, finding information others miss, and digging until it's right.
- Has sharp research instincts and can tell a reliable source from a weak one.
- Is meticulous about accuracy.
- Writes clearly,



works independently, and takes real ownership.
- Is genuinely curious about startups, AI, and technology.
- Is comfortable with LinkedIn and Google Sheets.
- Uses AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT smartly, without losing their own thinking. AI should be the tool; you are the thinking behind it.
- Students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates are warmly welcome.
