Reporting To: Merchandising Manager / Reporting Manager
Job Summary The Footwear Merchandiser will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to manage the production and delivery of footwear orders. The role involves monitoring production timelines, preparing product documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for order execution.
Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and trim charts.
Follow up with vendors and factories to ensure timely production.
Read and understand fit comments and communicate corrections to production teams.
Prepare production files and maintain accurate records.
Conduct Pre-Production (PP) meetings with quality and production teams.
Monitor order progress and escalate delays when required.
Ensure orders are delivered with at least 85% on-time delivery performance.

Qualification
FDDI / CFTI / Footwear Design & Production Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Additional Responsibilities
Preparing BOM and handing over material details to the sourcing team
Execution of sourcing trims and accessories
Supporting senior merchandiser in order execution
