Key Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for:
Visiting the market for procurement of machine spare parts, electrical equipment, hardware, stationery and other miscellaneous requirements.
Purchasing and collecting materials from various vendors and suppliers.
Coordinating and getting small repair, maintenance and miscellaneous jobs completed.
Handling routine bank-related activities, including cash deposits, collections, cheque/document submission and other banking errands.
Collecting and depositing cash and documents as required.
Assisting the Directors with occasional official as well as personal errands.
Coordinating with local vendors, service providers and market personnel.
Handling other day-to-day administrative, field and support requirements as assigned.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, responsible and comfortable with field work.

The requirements are
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
There is no specific age bracket for this position. Candidates will be considered based on their experience, reliability and suitability for the role.
Should be comfortable with frequent local travel and market visits.




Prior experience in handling cash, bank-related work and procurement/market activities will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of the local Kolkata market and vendors will be an advantage.
Candidates having their own two-wheeler will be preferred; however, having a two-wheeler is not mandatory, and candidates without one may also be considered.
Should have basic communication and documentation skills.
Should be versatile and willing to handle a variety of administrative, field and support responsibilities.
Most importantly, the candidate should be trustworthy and capable of handling cash, company materials and sensitive errands responsibly.

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, suitability and overall profile.
