Front Desk Executive – SLAM Gym

About the Role

SLAM Gym is looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle front-desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist members and visitors professionally.
Handle member enquiries regarding memberships, packages, timings, and facilities.
Explain gym membership plans and assist with recent member registrations.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
Maintain accurate member and visitor records.
Manage membership renewals and follow up with existing and potential members.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
Handle basic billing, payments, and receipts when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support day-to-day administrative and front-office activities.




Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive member experience.

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.).
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, hotel, reception, or customer service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
