Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive / Sales Manager to generate recent leads, acquire customers, promote loan products and drive business from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
Generate loan leads through field visits, market visits, references, networking and business partners.
Visit potential customers, businesses and local markets to identify current sales opportunities.
Meet customers personally, understand their financial requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Generate new business and convert leads into successful loan cases.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, business owners, dealers, brokers, DSAs and channel partners.
Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and business development.
Collect required customer documents and coordinate with Credit & Operations teams.




Follow up with customers from lead generation to sanction and final disbursement.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain daily field visit reports, customer database and CRM updates.

Required Skills
Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
Solid field-sales and customer-acquisition skills.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling, references and market visits.
Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and hardworking.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Experience Experience in NBFCs, Banks, Fintech/Lending, Loan Sales, Business Loans, LAP, DSA Sales or Financial Services will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and field-sales skills can also apply.

Education

Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
