Position - Asstt. Manager (banking, treasury and Forex Management)

Education - CA (Mandatory)
Experience - 6 -8 Years
Experience in booking forward contracts, options etc. directly with banks for hedging imports and exports transactions . Annual review /renewal of company policy on forex management. Fixing of annual forex budget rates and preparation of MI file on forex management for reporting forex gain/loss on covered and Open exposure in compliance with company policy and RBI guidelines. Accounting of MTM on forward contracts/options and quarterly review of hedging effectiveness of the hedaina contracts. Circulation of daily MIM statement on forex exposure.
Experience in placing surplus funds in instruments like Bank Fixed Deposits, NBFC Deposits, mutual funds or any other option approved by Board. Preparation of daily cash management file to ensure optimum utilization of companys funds. Impairment testing of various investments made by company.
Experience in setting up of multi-user authorization matrixes on banking portals
Preparation of stock statement, QMR, HMR and CMA for submission to the banks.
Submission and compliance of documents/ information required by bank from time to time in connection with the credit facilities, covenant monitoring of loans.
Experience in handling trade transactions i.e imports and exports and ensure compliance of RBI Guidelines for submission of Bills of Entry and IDPMS closure.

Functional Skills:
Work Exp in SAP HANA for accounting and report generation
Sound knowledge in IND AS particularly relating to financial instruments, impairment, borrowing costs
Excellent Excel, Power Point and MS word.
Preferred candidate profile
Industry Background:
Exposure in a Manufacturing Industry, preferably auto component industry.
