Experience

2–5 Years in Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Job Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our Sheet Metal & Fabrication manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication and sheet metal production activities.
Allocate jobs and manpower according to production requirements.
Coordinate with operators, welders, fabricators and helpers.
Handle and monitor CNC Punching, Laser Cutting and Bending Machine activities.
Ensure jobs are completed as per drawings, dimensions and production schedules.
Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings and job specifications.
Monitor material movement and ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality and Design departments.
Check job quality, dimensions and workmanship during production.
Identify production issues and take corrective action.
Ensure machines and manpower are properly utilized to achieve daily targets.
Maintain discipline,



housekeeping and 5S on the shop floor.
Follow all company safety rules and ensure secure working practices.
Prepare and maintain basic production/job status reports.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished jobs.
Handle production-related problems and coordinate with the Production Manager/Plant Head.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Sheet Metal & Fabrication processes.
Knowledge of CNC Punching, Bending and Laser Cutting.
Basic knowledge of Welding, Grinding and Assembly.
Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
Valuable manpower handling and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of production planning and job follow-up.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.

Education ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Fabrication preferred.

Salary

Salary: As per experience and skill level.
