About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join a growing healthcare company. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through extensive field visits.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, healthcare centres, doctors, and other relevant clients.
Generate recent leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
Present and explain the company's healthcare products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.




Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports for management.

Requirements
2–5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Must be comfortable with 100% field-based work.
Should have a solid understanding of the Mumbai healthcare market.
Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Positive interpersonal and presentation skills.
Candidates with an existing network among hospitals, clinics, doctors, or healthcare institutions will be preferred.
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
