We are looking for an experienced eBay Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our U.S. eBay sales operation, primarily focused on consumer electronics, refurbished technology, open-box products and related accessories. This is a hands-on role owning the full channel: listings, pricing, inventory, account health and day-to-day performance across a large and rapid-moving catalog.KEY REQUIREMENTS• Create and optimize listings, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, variations and product images• Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns and competitive positioning• Manage inventory, product availability and overselling prevention• Monitor account health, seller performance metrics, defects and customer feedback• Handle returns, disputes, cases and customer-service escalations• Analyze sales, margins,
inventory aging, sell-through and overall marketplace performance• Identify pricing opportunities and move slow-selling inventory before it ages out• Coordinate daily with our warehouse and fulfillment teamsQUALIFICATIONS• Proven experience managing a high-volume eBay Seller account• Solid working knowledge of eBay Seller Hub, listing optimization and marketplace policies• Experience selling consumer electronics; refurbished electronics experience strongly preferred• Familiarity with eBay Refurbished programs and condition requirements preferred• Experience integrating eBay with ERP or inventory management systems preferred• Comfortable managing a large, frequently changing electronics inventory• Robust analytical skills across sales, margin, inventory aging and sell-through
