Field Sales Job Responsibilities
Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients regularly.
Generate current leads and identify recent business opportunities.
Promote and explain company products/services to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices as per company policies.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending orders.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer data.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate for timely solutions.
Attend sales meetings, product training, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
