Position: E-commerce Business Developer
Department: E-commerce / Business Development
Industry: Fashion / Apparel
Experience: 3–6 years in E-commerce, Fashion, D2C or Marketplace Business
Role Objective To drive and scale Luxe & Hardy’s e-commerce business across website, marketplaces and emerging digital channels, with a robust focus on revenue growth, current business opportunities, customer acquisition and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Sales Growth
Own monthly and quarterly online sales targets.
Develop strategies to increase daily Shopify/website orders.
Analyse conversion, traffic, AOV, CAC, ROAS and repeat purchases.
Identify underperforming categories/products and create action plans.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
