Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi, India.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing digital content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data from web analytics tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals,



ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.

The specialist will also stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend improvements to enhance overall online presence.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience managing brand presence across key platforms.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategy and execution, including campaign planning and performance optimization.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to interpret data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and external messaging.
Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation for digital channels is beneficial.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Capacity to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
