Job PurposeThe Marketing Executive will own the front-end lead generation pipeline for the center. This role blends local area offline field marketing with digital coordination to build brand awareness, secure institutional partnerships, and ensure a steady stream of prospective student walk-ins for the counseling team. Responsibilities1.

Local Area

Marketing (LAM) &
Field BTL Operations
Execute localized Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including leafleting, canopy setups, and localized data collection drives in high-footfall youth areas.
Identify, build relationships with, and manage local Tutorial / Coaching Center Networks to establish referral and student pipeline partnerships.
Manage center branding elements, ensuring signage, outdoor flex boards,



and localized promotional materials are up-to-date and highly visible.
Institutional Sales &
College Alliances
Map and visit target undergraduate colleges, degree institutes, and local technical training hubs within the assigned territory.
Secure permissions and coordinate logistics for institutional Career Seminars, Free AI Workshops, or College Internships to capture high-volume student databases.
Pitch joint training programs or vocational certification value propositions directly to college principals, placement coordinators, and department heads.
Candidate Profile &

Qualifications Key Requirements
Education: HS pass ,
Experience: 1 years of active experience in field marketing, institutional sales, or business development—ideally within the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or BFSI training sectors.
Technical Proficiencies:
Comfortable using MS Excel, and Google Workspace for lead tracking and database management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
