About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our team at Fist Innovations Pvt. Ltd. This is a hands-on prospect to learn and execute real-world digital marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management. Successful interns will have the prospect for full-time employment with a market-competitive salary upon confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, assist with on-page SEO, optimize website content, and track organic performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Engage with followers and monitor performance metrics.
Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, and website copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and email marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, compile data into reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.




Design & Creative Assets: Create basic graphics, banners, and short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut to support marketing activities.
Market & Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep strategies up to date.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
