Role Description The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and optimize CONA Footwear’s online sales channels, including marketplace listings, and partner platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Agra involves managing product catalogs, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and order flow to ensure a seamless customer experience. The person in this role will analyze sales performance, track key ecommerce metrics, and develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, monitoring customer reviews and feedback,



and ensuring accurate product content and branding across all digital touchpoints.

The Ecommerce

Manager will also collaborate with operations and logistics teams to support timely fulfillment and address any ecommerce-related issues.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in E-commerce operations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reports, and basic formulas.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
Experience with Myntra Partner Portal and Flipkart Seller Portal.
Strong analytical skills to interpret e-commerce data, monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Positive communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and marketplace teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Good understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations, catalogue management, inventory, orders, and sales performance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
