Installation, testing, and commissioning of fully automatic grocery packing machines at customer sites.
Conduct machine setup, calibration, and performance verification before handover.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
Attend machine breakdown calls and provide prompt troubleshooting support.
Carry out preventive and periodic maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability.
Train customers and operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
Prepare detailed service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with production, design, and spare parts departments for technical support.
Install software updates, machine modifications,



and customer-requested upgrades whenever required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing qualified and timely after-sales service.
Travel extensively to customer locations across Maharashtra and support emergency service requirements.
Identify spare parts requirements and recommend preventive actions to customers.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintain skilled behavior at customer sites.
Build robust customer relationships and act as the technical representative of Deshmukh Industries.
