Role Description The LIC Bima Sakhi role is a full-time position based in Kanpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in office work and some work from home. The role involves meeting and engaging with prospective and existing customers, explaining life insurance products, and helping them choose suitable plans for their needs. Daily tasks include generating leads in the community, following up with clients, assisting with policy documentation, and providing ongoing service and support.

The LIC Bima Sakhi will also participate in local awareness activities, maintain accurate records of customer interactions,



and coordinate with LIC offices and teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and handling queries with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to manage field visits, appointments, and documentation efficiently.
