Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

The Lead Generation

Executive will maintain and update lead databases, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and support follow-ups to convert prospects into opportunities.



The role also includes tracking lead generation metrics, preparing basic reports, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies.

Qualifications

- Ability to identify and qualify new leads, with hands-on experience in lead generation activities.
- Strong market research skills to analyze industries, target segments, and potential client needs.
- Effective communication skills for engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support the sales pipeline and nurture prospects.
