Note: For this project, we are looking for candidates who have hands-on experience working on high-rise projects of at least G 40 floors.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for end-to-end civil execution of assigned high-rise tower from RCC structure to finishing.
- Plan and monitor construction activities to achieve project timelines and milestones.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials and site resources.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Planning, Design, MEP, QA/QC,



Procurement and other project teams.
- Monitor productivity, quality, progress and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Lead and mentor the site execution team and ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare and review progress reports and highlight project risks/delays to the Project Head.

Key Requirement

- Robust experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects with proven experience in independently handling tower execution.
