Position Overview

Lead Business Analyst – VP role within the Technology team in Bangalore, India.

The role manages functional delivery of software applications and connects business stakeholders with technology teams.

The position supports Post Trade Technology for Settlements, Accounting, and Confirmation functions in the global FIC business.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for business users and the technology team across project delivery.
- Gather requirements and create business requirement definitions, solution briefs, traceability matrices, test strategies, and test cases.
- Support conceptual designs and business solution options with business users, technology leads, and solution architects.
- Resolve functional issues across software development lifecycle testing phases.
- Lead QA and manage end-to-end functional delivery.
- Communicate issues and risks to management and guide junior team members.

Skills And Experience

- At least 14 years of relevant Business Analyst experience in a technology team.




- Lead Business Analyst experience with knowledge of Post Trade Settlements, Accounting, and Confirmation.
- Ability to analyze and articulate functional solutions and troubleshoot issues in production and testing.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery teams and familiarity with TDD, BDD, and test automation tools.
- Ability to communicate across business divisions, take ownership, and deliver independently.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity while applying responsible judgment to data and AI outputs.
