Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, handle and process clinical samples, and operate a range of laboratory equipment according to standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, following safety and quality guidelines, assisting with calibration and maintenance of instruments, and supporting daily quality control checks.



The role involves collaborating with other team members to ensure timely reporting, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting continuous improvement in laboratory processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and practical experience relevant to laboratory technician responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and an understanding of instrument operation and basic maintenance.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of quality control procedures and adherence to laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills for interpreting test results and troubleshooting routine issues in laboratory workflows.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a diagnostic laboratory or clinical lab setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to follow standardized protocols.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
