Role Description The Kitchen Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Meghdoot Hotel & Resort in Ujjain. This role oversees daily kitchen operations, including planning menus, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of dishes.

Qualifications

- Robust supervisory skills, including team leadership, staff coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in food preparation and cooking, with practical culinary skills suited to hotel and resort operations.
- Experience in food service, ensuring timely delivery of meals, portion control, and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety regulations, and best practices in sanitation.
- Ability to manage inventory, reduce wastage, and support cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house and management teams.
- Prior experience in a supervisory kitchen role in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is preferred.
