WE ARE HIRING | KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER – ACCOUNTS & TAXATION

Steel City Techno Works Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join our Accounts & Finance team at our manufacturing facility in Adityapur Industrial Area, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and statutory compliances, who can independently manage the day-to-day accounts function of a Private Limited Company.

Key Accounts Manager – Accounts & Taxation

LOCATION

Adityapur Industrial Area, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the complete accounting function of a Private Limited Company.

Maintain accounting records, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliation and financial transactions.

Handle GST compliance and returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and other applicable GST matters.

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Have working awareness of the Income Tax Act and applicable income-tax provisions in India.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor/customer ledgers and outstanding reconciliation.

Prepare and analyse MIS reports, financial statements and management reports.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, banks and government authorities whenever required.

Assist in statutory audits, tax audits and other financial audits.

Maintain proper documentation and records for financial and statutory transactions.

Ensure timely filing of applicable returns and statutory compliances.





Identify discrepancies in accounting and taxation records and take appropriate corrective action.

Provide accurate financial information and reports to the management for decision-making.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial or trading organisation.

Strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis and reconciliation.

Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS.

Basic-to-valuable working awareness of Income Tax laws and provisions applicable in India.

Thorough understanding of accounting principles and the complete accounting cycle of a Private Limited Company.

Experience in handling statutory compliance and documentation.

Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Accounts & Finance function.

Good communication and coordination skills.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing, industrial or trading companies will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical, hands-on experience and be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS and related statutory compliance activities.
