Role Description The IT Recruiter Intern will support the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technology roles. This full-time, on-site position in Noida involves posting job descriptions, searching for candidates through various platforms, and conducting initial resume reviews and pre-screening calls. The intern will assist in scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and updating recruitment trackers to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up.





The role also includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, learning full-life cycle recruiting processes, and helping improve recruitment workflows. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment in a fast-paced, creator-focused organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for technology-focused roles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and clearly.
- Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment; prior internship or academic exposure in these areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, and basic office software; familiarity with IT roles and terminology is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
