We are looking for a responsible and organized Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage day-to-day inventory, stock movement, order dispatch, and logistics coordination. The person will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth movement of goods from inventory to customers. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records .

Handle inward and outward stock entries . Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences. Prepare and manage goods for packing and dispatch . Coordinate with courier, transport and logistics partners for shipments.

Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries and pending shipments . Coordinate stock movement between warehouse/office locations. Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of products. Update inventory records in Excel/software on a daily basis.

Coordinate with Sales,



Purchase and Operations teams regarding stock availability and dispatches. Follow up on shipments and resolve basic delivery/logistics issues. Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and logistics.

Candidate Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Store or Logistics Operations preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations . Valuable numerical and record-keeping skills. Ability to maintain stock accurately and systematically. Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented. Comfortable with physical stock checking and warehouse-related work. Basic communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in e-commerce, wholesale, trading, warehouse or distribution companies.
