Job Summary:
Life Educare is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage HR operations for a reputed residential school in Coimbatore. Candidates with experience in the education/residential school sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff engagement.
Coordinate performance management, training,



and employee development.
Implement HR policies and maintain proper HR processes and documentation.
Work closely with school leadership on people and HR-related matters.

Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
4–7 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
Experience in a school/residential institution is an added advantage.
