: Are you an experienced International Voice Support skilled with excellent communication skills and a knack for soft upselling? We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our US Voice Process based out of Badshahpur, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues over voice calls for US clients with high resolution quality.
Identify customer needs during support interactions and naturally recommend relevant product upgrades, add-ons, or premium features.
Maintain a healthy balance between Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and soft upselling targets.




Overcome basic customer objections by articulating product value and benefits clearly.
Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction notes in CRM systems.
Comply with process quality guidelines, script standards, and compliance rules.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (US process preferred).
Skills: Prior exposure to soft upselling, cross-selling, or retention during support calls.
Communication: Exceptional spoken English with a clear, near-neutral accent and active listening skills.
Shifts: Must be adaptable to work in Rotational US Night Shifts.
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (with 2+ years of relevant BPO voice experience).
