Brief :
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems in a chemical manufacturing plant.
Hands-on experience in maintenance of Transformers, MCC, PCC, electrical panels, motors, VFDs, SCADA/PLC and control systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain industrial instrumentation, including transmitters, sensors, control valves, switches and other process instruments.
Carry out maintenance of plant utilities such as DG sets, UPS etc.
Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues and ensure timely corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.
Plan, coordinate and execute erection installation and commissioning of electrical, instrumentation and utility equipment.
Provide support in mechanical maintenance of pumps, reactors, agitators, gearboxes, compressors and other plant equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, work permits and statutory requirements.
