Role & responsibilities
Manage and optimize websites for search engine performance.
Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies.
Work on website structure, speed, responsiveness, and basic coding requirements.
Handle SEO elements including meta titles, descriptions, headings, schema, internal linking, and image optimization.
Identify and fix technical SEO issues.
Monitor website performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Conduct keyword research and implement keywords naturally across website content.
Ensure websites follow SEO best practices and are search-engine friendly.
Coordinate with the content and marketing team for SEO-driven website improvements.

Preferred candidate profile
12 years of relevant experience in SEO and web development/coding.
Positive understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
Ability to independently identify website and SEO issues and implement solutions.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
