Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote ParaFit India’s services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating engaging digital content, monitoring web analytics, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.

The role also involves coordinating with nutrition and operations teams to align marketing messages with product offerings, analyzing campaign performance, and suggesting data-driven improvements. This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Marketing,



with the ability to plan and execute digital campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign management across major platforms.
Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create concise, persuasive, and brand-consistent copy for websites and digital channels.
Working knowledge of Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on data.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in health, nutrition, or fitness; prior experience in a related industry is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
