Purpose of Position: To perform the assigned Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Department (Talent Acquisition) as per the established Company Standards.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for talent acquisition activities.
To do screening of CVs received on web portals.
To call candidates for HR details.
To upload open positions as per approved manpower requisition form on web portals.
Responsible for conducting overall interview process.
Responsible to initiate monthly performance appraisal of Recent Comers
To ensure that all documents shall be prepared as per SOP
