Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Publish daily posts, reels, stories, shorts, and promotional content.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Video Production (Mandatory)
Shoot high-quality videos of trainers, classroom sessions, workshops, events, student testimonials, and cybersecurity demonstrations.
Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content for social media.
Edit videos into engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn videos.
Add captions, transitions, music, branding, logos, and motion graphics where required.
Ensure videos are optimized for each platform.

Content Creation
Design creative posters, carousels, banners, and stories using Canva or similar tools.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
Create educational and promotional content related to cybersecurity, AI, ethical hacking, SOC, Network+, Security+, CEH, internships, and career prospects.

Digital Marketing
Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Run Meta Ads to generate leads for cybersecurity courses, webinars, workshops, and awareness sessions.




Promote classroom training, online courses, free seminars, and college events.

Lead Generation & Brand Building
Generate student leads through social media campaigns.
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Promote Sattrix’s cybersecurity events, certifications, placements, and success stories.

Analytics & Reporting
Track social media performance and campaign results.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, followers, and leads generated.
Suggest strategies to improve content performance and conversions.

Skills Required
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Solid video shooting skills using mobile phone or camera.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, InShot, or similar.
Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Express for graphic design.
Understanding of Meta Ads and social media marketing.
Valuable communication and content writing skills.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years in social media marketing or content creation.
Experience in education, IT, cybersecurity, or EdTech is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,241.44 - ₹34,108.37 per month
