We are building a modern healthcare technology platform focused on scalability, performance, and excellent user experience. We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer who can take ownership of mobile app development across both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android
Build modern, responsive, and polished mobile UI/UX experiences
Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs efficiently
Work closely with backend and product teams
Debug performance, networking, and platform-specific issues
Independently own features from development to deployment
Use contemporary AI/GenAI development tools to improve productivity and code quality

Required Experience
Minimum 2+ years of real professional Flutter/mobile application development experience
Strong experience with Flutter and Dart
Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle for both iOS and Android
Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization
Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives when required
Experience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in the development workflow





Preferred
Experience with TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console
Experience integrating GraphQL and REST APIs
Experience with healthcare or high-scale consumer applications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
Experience with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting

Employment Terms This is a full-time exclusive employment role. Candidates should not engage in any parallel full-time employment, freelancing, consulting, or contract work without prior written approval from the company.
