Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant role is a full-time, in office position based in Amravati. This role involves supporting daily restaurant, coffee shop, buffet, and banquet operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up service areas, and ensuring timely and efficient food service. The Food and Beverage Assistant will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests to maintain a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas,



following food safety and quality standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and handling basic billing or table clearing as needed. The role also requires following company policies, attending training sessions, and contributing to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Food & Beverage and Food Service skills to support restaurant, buffet, and banquet operations.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills with an understanding of hygiene, safety, and basic kitchen procedures.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, basic numeracy for handling bills or orders, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering is an advantage; a hospitality-related diploma or certification is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to stand for extended periods as required by food and beverage service.
