We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
Process and monitor customer orders.
Manage returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Raise and follow up on seller support tickets.
Update product images, titles, descriptions, bullet points, and other listing details.
Monitor inventory and product availability.
Handle day-to-day marketplace operations and resolve listing/order-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, Firstcry and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Experience with listing creation, order processing, returns, and ticket management.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred: Candidates with experience handling multiple SKUs and marketplace operations independently. Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
