Supervise and coordinate the work of waiters, stewards, and service staff.
Ensure smooth and effective food and beverage service.
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure excellent customer service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Monitor the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of food and beverages.
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues professionally.
Ensure tables, dining areas, equipment, and service stations are clean and properly arranged.
Check mise-en-place and ensure all required service items are available before the shift.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other departments.
Prepare and verify bills and assist with payment procedures.
Train and guide junior staff on service standards and procedures.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and food-service standards.
Monitor stock of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other F&B; supplies.
Prepare shift reports and communicate key issues to the F&B; Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure proper closing procedures and handover at the end of the shift.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
