Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand visibility.
Manage operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart Etc., and other relevant platforms.
Oversee product listing, catalog management, content optimization, and pricing strategies.

*Coordinate with freight aggregators and logistics partners for deliveries.

*Ensure effective warehouse management, including inventory control, dispatch planning, and returns management.
Streamline order management systems, ensuring timely processing, shipping, and fulfillment.

*Track and analyze sales performance metrics, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, logistics, production) to ensure seamless operations.
Drive customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries, reviews,



and order issues.
Work closely with IT teams to enhance the integration of e-commerce platforms with ERP or backend systems.
Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and digital tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

*Minimum 10 years of experience in E-commerce operations or related fields.
Proven track record of managing seller accounts e-commerce platforms.
Robust knowledge of supply chain, warehouse, and order management systems.
Hands-on experience with product listing tools, Excel, and analytics platforms.

*Familiarity with ERP systems and marketplace integrations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
