Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Assistant to manage social media activities, respond to customer enquiries, and support the company’s online presence and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor social media platforms.
Respond to customer messages and enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
Attend customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and orders.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and online orders.
Create, schedule, and post social media content.
Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, and other social media accounts.
Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams for customer requirements.
Monitor customer comments, messages, and feedback.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.




Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform features.

Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Valuable customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer enquiries.
Creative approach towards social media content.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing.
Previous experience in customer support, social media, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
