Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Durgapur
Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA + Incentives
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can drive business growth through field visits, customer acquisition, and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits and market networking
- Acquire new customers and develop existing relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify current business opportunities within the assigned area
- Manage regular follow-ups and convert prospects into sales
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation is mandatory
- 2+ years of Sales / Field Sales experience
- Candidates from any sales industry can apply
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with field work and target-based sales
- Local candidates preferred
