Position: Engineer - Quality (Warranty)

Area of Exposure: Warranty quality - Electrical and electronic components (battery, E&E; parts)

Experience: B.Tech with at least 3 years of experience or Diploma with 6 ~ 7 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor warranty inspection of parts along with associates.
Monitor SPD material inspection and prepare inspection reports.
Prepare and maintain the warranty inspection tracker.
Conduct battery inspection (market failure and RFB).
Inform the team of early-failure parts reported under 2000 KM.
Prepare pulse data.
Inform suppliers of market failure rejections through mail.
Carry out rejection note process activities for warranty failure parts.
Raise QAN to suppliers for defects reported at market, as per QAN criteria.
Provide justification to the market team for rejected claims.
Conduct SPD material inspection.
Carry out rejection note process activities for parts rejected during SPD material 100% inspection.
Work exposure and ability to prepare documents as per ISO and IATF requirements.
