Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about online UG & PG programs.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the admissions team for seamless enrollment.

Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, or EdTech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
