Role Description The Food and Beverage Assistant is a full time, in office role based at The Forest Club Resort & Spa in Karjat. This role involves supporting daily food and beverage operations, including assisting with food preparation, coordinating service in restaurants and poolside areas, and ensuring that guests receive timely and courteous service.

The Food and Beverage Assistant will take and deliver orders, set up and clear tables,



maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas, and help manage inventory of food and beverage items. The role also includes working closely with the kitchen and service teams to uphold quality, presentation, and safety standards, while contributing to a welcoming and qualified guest experience.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations, including Food Preparation and Food Service.
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and coordinate with team members.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in food and beverage environments.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced resort setting.
Prior experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
Professional, courteous demeanor and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in hospitality or F&B; is an advantage.
