Role: Officer/Sr Officer - EHS
Department: Environment, Health & Safety
Industry: Metal Fabrication / Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing
Experience Level: 8–12 years of progressive EHS experience (with at least 4 years in a leadership/managerial capacity)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
Certifications: Certified Safety Skilled (CSP), NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent local/international safety credentials

Officer - EHS will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all safety, health, and environmental programs across our fabrication facility. This hands-on leadership role requires managing shop-floor risks unique to metal fabrication—such as welding fumes, heavy lifting, crane operations, noise, hazardous waste, and hot work. The ideal candidate will champion a proactive safety culture,



ensuring strict compliance with local regulatory bodies and international standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus certification in Occupational Health and Safety / Industrial Safety.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years working in a manufacturing, heavy engineering, or metal fabrication workplace.
Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with industrial hazards (crane safety, welding arcs, ergonomics, hazardous materials) and OSHA/local statutory frameworks.
Certifications: CSP, NEBOSH, or local statutory safety certifications strongly preferred.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills to influence frontline workers and brief executive leadership alike; high emotional intelligence and active shop-floor presence.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
