Devendra Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh – Field Operations

Position

Field Executive – Collection

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customers for payment collection, follow-up, and account resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-up activities.
Submit daily collection and field activity reports as per company requirements.
Coordinate regularly with the Team Leader and Product Manager.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
Follow all company policies, client guidelines, and applicable Code of Conduct (CoC) requirements.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
10th / 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi.




Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi and/or English will be an added advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications, GPS, and digital reporting.
Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
