Role Overview:
Design Python-based automated test frameworks to validate embedded firmware and motor control systems.
Driving cross-functional team performance, mentoring engineers, and aligning client requirements with technical deliverables.
Automation: Build HIL/SIL test pipelines, regression suites, and custom Python tools for data analysis and reporting.
Domain Focus: Validate BLDC, PMSM, and FOC algorithms using oscilloscopes, current sensors, and motor test benches.
Analysis: Test PWM signals, ADC sampling, control loops, and communication protocols.
Planning: Develop test plans, verification protocols, and maintain full requirements traceability.
Integration:
Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to perform root cause analysis and board bring-up.
CI/CD: Drive test maturity using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and frameworks like Robot or MATLAB/Simulink.
Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, drive test coverage improvements, and provide testability feedback in design reviews.
Preferred Experience: Real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS/Zephyr) and industrial HIL rigs (dSPACE/NI/Speedgoat).
Ideal Candidate: Solid problem-solver with a background in robotics, automotive, or industrial motor automation.
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech
