We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations
Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and financial reporting
Ensure timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
Manage GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audit requirements
Coordinate with CA firms, auditors and tax consultants
Handle MIS, budgeting, cash-flow management and financial analysis
Establish and maintain robust accounting processes and controls
Review the work of junior finance team members and ensure accuracy
Work closely with senior stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Requirements




5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Robust experience in a CA firm / accounting firm / audit firm.
Experience handling accounting and finance activities for multiple clients/businesses is preferred.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage finance operations.
Good communication and team management skills.
