Job Title: System Engineer - Schematics & PLC programming

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our electrical controls & panel design team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical schematic design, switchgear selection, PLC programming, SCADA screen development, and factory validation of control panels.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare electrical schematics, GA, and IGA in ECAD tools.
Select appropriate switchgear components and perform design calculations.
Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic for Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.




Understand and implement communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet IP.
Set drive parameters and establish communication with various PLCs.
Validate and troubleshoot MCC and PLC-based control systems.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical architecture and control design.
Control panel design and development
Schematic and harness design experience
PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
Switchgear component selection
AutoCAD/ECAD tools proficiency.

Soft Skills:
Robust communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
