Position: ERPNext Business Analyst

Location: Fully Remote

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand existing business processes and identify improvement areas.
Translate business requirements into ERPNext functional requirements.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, workflows, and process documentation.
Work closely with development and testing teams throughout implementation.
Support ERPNext configuration, customization, testing, and UAT.
Conduct requirement walkthroughs and user training when required.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Robust hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe.
Positive understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing modules.
Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
Solid documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
